Gus McCowatt, Rachel Vant and I hosted a workshop at Geneva Push’s Multiply18 conference on effective church communication. We talk through the different stages of church life and the appropriate methods and considerations required for effective communication.

- What are some simple strategies I can implement to help improve communication at my church?
It was a fun workshop! I really enjoyed working with and learning from Rachel and Gus, too. Maybe one day we’ll write a book :p
